How do I get a quote for your products? The most efficient way for us to provide an accurate and competitive quote is for you to tick the items on our product list that you are interested in, and email a copy to our sales team. One of our friendly staff will respond with a quote as soon as possible.
What is the best way to place an order? During business hours (8.30am to 3.30pm) you can call us on (03) 9761 1788 to place an order with one of our staff.

After hours you can leave your order on our answering machine or alternatively email your order to sales@dcpackaging.com.au

How long does it take for an order to arrive? Typically orders will be delivered the next business day for customers located in metropolitan Melbourne. Rural and Interstate orders are dispatched as soon as possible and typically take 2-3 business days.
Do you provide custom printed items and if so what are the minimum orders required? Yes we provide a wide range of custom printed items including napkins, bowl lids, plastic singlet bags, noodle boxes, disposable chopsticks in sleeves, paper bags and embossed disposable cutlery.

Minimum orders and lead times vary depending on the items. The best thing to do would be to speak to our staff for more information. If you know exactly what you need that's great, but if you would like to see our full range of items we are currently producing for existing customers you can come to our showroom or arrange one of our sales members to come to you.
